Sensex jumps 100 pts, Nifty above 10,300 as rupee recovers
Domestic equity benchmarks Sensex and Nifty opened in the green on Wednesday amid rupee's rise against the US dollar and a dip in global crude oil prices. At 9:16 am, the BSE Sensex was 97 points, or 0.28 per cent up at 34,396. The Nifty50 index was 28 points, or 0.28 per cent, up at 10,330.
