Sensex soars! But these stocks slip 5% or more

NEW DELHI: The benchmark equity index BSE Sensex was trading 679.61 points up at 51411.24 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Hanman Fit (down 16 per cent) , De Nora India (down 12.37 per cent) , Vipul Organics (down 11.29 per cent) , Acewin Agriteck (down 9.96 per cent) , CIL Nova Petro (down 9.89 per cent) , Swarnsarita Gems (down 9.84 per cent) , Shetron Ltd (down 9.80 per cent) , Panache Innovations (down 9.69 per cent) , Leading Leasing Fin (down 9.65 per cent) and Fervent Synergies (down 9.22 per cent) were among the top losers.

In the Nifty pack, 42 stocks were in the green, while 7 stocks were in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 192.40 points up at 15116.65.

On the NSE, Ahlada Engineers hit its fresh 52-week low. While Bajaj Electricals, Gujarat Gas, Graphite India, PNC Infratech, Hind Copper, NCC, SKF India, Aegis Logistics, Affle (India) and Shriram City touched their fresh 52-week high today.
