SEBI bans Numero Uno Projects from trading for 2 yrs

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Tuesday passed an order restraining Numero Uno Projects Ltd, promoters Harish Devji Ruparel, Vivek Ruparel, and the company���s various subsidiaries Numero Uno Credit Capital and Investments, Numero Uno Securities, AVDH Investment & Capital, Havmore Financial Services and Danhem Holdings and Investment from trading and raising capital from the securities market for a period of two years.

The market regulator has passed a similar order against Libord Finance Ltd (now Libord Infotech Ltd.), in the matter of Mazda Fabrics & Processors Ltd., for one month.
