SBFC raises Rs 304 crore from 37 anchor investors

Mumbai: SBFC Finance raised ₹304.43 crore from anchor investors on Wednesday ahead of its initial public offering that will open for public subscription on Thursday. The company has allocated 53.4 million shares at ₹57 apiece to 37 anchor investors.

They included Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Carmignac Portfolio, Loomis Sayles, and Neuberger Berman. Domestic investors such as Axis MF Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, ICICI Prudential MF, SBI MF and HDFC MF also participated
