Satin Creditcare Network added 39 new branches during Q2 FY27.

Shares of Satin Creditcare Network rose as much as 3.74% to hit an intraday high of Rs 236.90 on Wednesday after the company released its business update for Q2FY27.

The company maintained its growth trajectory despite the seasonal softness typically seen in the second quarter. Consolidated assets under management (AUM) stood at around Rs 16,600 crore as of September 30, 2026, up approximately 31% year-on-year from Rs 12,687 crore a year earlier. On a sequential basis, consolidated AUM increased from Rs 15,935 crore as of June 30, 2026.

Standalone AUM stood at around Rs 13,600 crore as of September 30, 2026, rising approximately 23% from Rs 11,044 crore a year ago and up from Rs 13,312 crore at the end of June 2026. The share of non-MFI business in the standalone portfolio increased to 20% from 15% a year ago and 19% in the previous quarter.


Consolidated disbursements during the first half of FY27 stood at Rs 7,192 crore, registering a 48% year-on-year increase from Rs 4,868 crore in H1 FY26. Standalone disbursements rose 36% year-on-year to Rs 6,109 crore from Rs 4,487 crore.

During Q2 FY27, consolidated disbursements increased 41% year-on-year to Rs 3,697 crore, compared with Rs 2,626 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. On a sequential basis, disbursements rose from Rs 3,495 crore in Q1 FY27.

Standalone disbursements stood at Rs 3,101 crore in Q2 FY27, up 28% year-on-year from Rs 2,421 crore and higher than Rs 3,008 crore in the previous quarter.

Satin Creditcare Network also reported an improvement in asset quality, with standalone gross non-performing assets (GNPA) declining to 1.9% as of September 30, 2026, from 3.5% a year earlier, an improvement of 158 basis points.

Other key business updates

The company raised Rs 2,628 crore during Q2 FY27 through diversified debt instruments, reflecting continued access to institutional funding. Its marginal cost of borrowing declined by 55 basis points year-on-year to 10.28% during the quarter.

X-Bucket collection efficiency stood at around 99.8% in Q2 FY27. The company added approximately 1.9 lakh new borrowers during the quarter, taking its total standalone client base to 33.3 lakh.

Satin Creditcare Network also added 39 new branches during Q2 FY27, taking its standalone branch network to 1,876. Its standalone employee strength increased 8% year-on-year to 16,535. Note: The business update numbers are provisional.

Share Price, Valuation and Technical Indicator

Satin Creditcare Network shares have rallied 60% over the past year. The company currently has a market capitalisation of around Rs 2,522 crore.

The stock is trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 6.16 and a price-to-book (P/B) ratio of 0.88.
