Sarda Energy allots preferential warrants at Rs 510/share; stock up

MUMBAI: Sarda Energy & Minerals has allotted 18,04,891 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 500 per share to M/s. Asia Minerals, Hong Kong, on preferential basis.

The stock reacted positively and was at trading at Rs.336.55, up by Rs 9.70 or 2.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 338 and low of Rs 332 on volume of 42545 shares.
