Saksoft acquires Kale Consultants subsidiary; stock up

MUMBAI: Saksoft has acquired consulting services firm Synetairos Technologies, subsidiary of Kale Consultants, for an undisclosed amount. Synetairos Technologies provides specialised consulting services in technology and financial services across India.

Shares of Kale Consultants were at Rs 85.25, up 3.33 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 86.80 and low of Rs 84.50 in trade so far.

Saksoft was at Rs 61, up 2.52 per cent on the NSE. It moved between a high of Rs 62.40 and low of Rs 60.25 in trade so far.
