Ruchi Soya, Velan Hotels among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 3.66 points up at 38,589.01 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Manaksia Coated (up 13.64 per cent) , Hisar Metal Industries (up 12.46 per cent), Jhandewalas Foods (up 11.89 per cent), Danlaw Technologies (up 11.45 per cent) , MSR India (up 9.96 per cent) , Ruchi Soya Industries (up 9.91 per cent), Velan Hotels (up 9.41 per cent) , Eco Recycling (up 9.10 per cent) , Chromatic India (up 9.09 per cent) and Rishiroop (up 8.84 per cent) were among the top performers.

The Nifty 50 index was trading 2.40 points up at 11,586.70.


Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 27 shares were trading in the green, while 22 were in the red.
