Ruchi Soya de-lists shares from Delhi Stock Exchange

MUMBAI: Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd (RSIL) today said the shares of the company have been de-listed from the Delhi Stock Exchange.

"Application made by the company to Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE) for de-listing of its equity shares of Re 2 each has been duly approved. With effect from July 30, 2012, the equity shares of the company have been de-listed from DSE," RSIL said in a BSE filing.

Ruchi Soya is engaged in vegetable oils and other food products. It sells high protein soya food under the Nutrela brand.
