Mumbai: PI Opportunities Fund- I and SBI Mutual Fund sold shares of MedPlus Health Services worth ₹552.55 crore in a block deal on NSE on Monday. Both funds sold 78.93 lakh shares at ₹700 apiece. As on September 30, PI Opportunities Fund-I held a 5.77% stake in the company while SBI MF owned 4.88% through SBI Long Term Equity Fund. Franklin Templeton MF, Invesco MF, Kotak Mahindra MF and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte were among buyers in the deal.
