Rs 1,481-crore block deal in Nuvama Wealth

MUMBAI: Edel Finance and ECap Equities sold shares of Nuvama Wealth Management worth Rs 1,481.21 crore in a block deal on BSE Friday. They sold 22.09 lakh shares at Rs 6,702.60 apiece. As on June 30, Edel Finance and ECap Equities owned 5.18% and 8.44 % stake, respectively.

Europacific Growth Fund, Greater India Portfolio, Capri Global Holdings and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte were among the buyers in the deal. Shares of Nuvama Wealth Management rose 0.99% to close at Rs 6,837.15 on Friday.
