RIL's m-cap grows by Rs 1.7 lakh cr in 2022. Here's how other group firms fared

Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries made investors wealthier in 2022 as its shares added 10% despite the hit on earnings growth due to the government’s additional cess on fuel exports. Reliance Industries' market cap rose by Rs 1.7 lakh crore this year and stood at Rs 17,69,240 crore as on December 14, 2022. However, the year turned out to be an unlucky one for its listed subsidiaries as most of them gave double-digit negative returns.
