Reliance Capital appoints Madhusudan Kela as chief investment strategist
Reliance Capital Ltd has appointed Madhusudan Kela, presently head of equities of Reliance Mutual Fund, as chief investment strategist.
Madhu will play a crucial role in expanding the group’s assets, mentoring portfolio managers, and providing strategic inputs and guidance on investments across the group companies, a release said.
Reliance Capital group companies manage equity assets of over Rs 50,000 crore, spread across various businesses including life insurance, mutual fund, private equity, venture capital, offshore funds, portfolio management services, and wealth management.
At 10:08 am on the National Stock Exchange, Reliance Capital shares were up half a per cent at Rs 767.60. The stock saw a high of Rs 770 versus a low of Rs 763. Total traded quantity was 1,76,172 shares and turnover Rs 13.51 crore.
