Refex Refrigerants lists at Rs 69 on BSE
Shares of Refex Refrigerants Monday listed at Rs 69 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a premium of 6.15% against issue price of Rs 65 per share.
At 10:20 am, the share slipped below the issue price to Rs 64.05. It touched a high of Rs 73.80 and low of Rs 63.05 with volume at 15,89,831 shares.
Refex Refrigerants is in the business of refilling hydro fluorocarbon refrigerants. It has an installed capacity of refilling 40 metric tonne cylinders per month of HFC refrigerants.
The company raised Rs 24.7 crore from IPO of 38 lakh equity shares. It plans to utilise the proceeds to part finance its Rs 36.15 crore expansion by increasing installed capacity to refill 250 metric tonne cylinders per month.
Promoters are contributing Rs 5.95 crore and are raising Rs 5.5 crore through term loan from Centurion Bank of Punjab, which had appraised the expansion plan.
The company's clientele includes Hyundai Motors India, Godrej, Boyce Manufacturing, Blue Star and Carrier Aircon.
Bennett, Coleman & Company holds 2.63% of the post-issue public equity capital of Refex Refrigerants.
