REC board declares Rs 3.60 as fourth interim dividend. Check record date

The board of REC Ltd on Thursday announced its fourth interim dividend of Rs 3.60 per share for the financial year 2024-25 for its shareholders, fixing March 26 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility.

“In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of REC Limited ("REC" / "the Company") in its meeting held on March 19, 2025, considered and declared 4th interim dividend @ Rs 3.60/ · (Rupees Three and Paise Sixty only) per equity share on 10/ - each for the financial year 2024-25. Further, the record date for the said interim dividend is Wednesday, March 26, 2025,” the company said in a regulatory filing.

Additionally, the same filing informed that the said dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before April 16.

In the last six months, the price has decreased by 19.06%, while in the last three months, it has dropped by 19.02%. Finally, for the past month, there has been a gain of 8.29%.

Around 1:30 pm today, the shares of REC were trading 1.5% higher at Rs 427.60 on the BSE.
