Rakesh Jhunjhunwala raises stake in Karur Vysya Bank to 4.22%
MUMBAI: Investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has raised stake in Karur Vysya Bank to 4.22 per cent at the end of June quarter from 3.36 per cent at the end of the March quarter.

The bank's shareholding data for the June quarter was released on Wednesday.

Karur Vysya Bank's net profit for the April-June quarter stood at Rs 45.9 crore, a decline of 69 per cent from Rs 148 crore in the same period last fiscal.


Shares of Karur Vysya Bank ended down 1.55 per cent at Rs 98.25 on Wednesday.
