Rakesh Jhunjhunwala picks up stake in DB Realty

Ace Investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has picked up a minority stake in D B Realty in the last few trading sessions. Sources confirm that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s RARE Enterprises has bought a large chunk of the total 4% stake on offer by private equity player Trinity Capital.

Sources with direct knowledge have confirmed to ET Now that Trinity Capital has exited D B Realty and Enam has been instrumental in the sale process. The stake sale has taken place through a few market transactions over the last 3-4 days.

D B Realty stock was locked in the upper circuit for the trading day on Friday on the back of block deals on the counter.
