Rajshree Sugars to issue 11.5 lakh warrants to one of promoters

MUMBAI: Rajshree Sugars and Chemicals today said it has recieved shareholders' approval to issue 11.5 lakh warrants on a preferential basis to one of the promoters.
In the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the shareholders have approved the issuance of 11,50,000 equity warrants convertible into equity shares to one of the company's promoters -- Rajshree Pathy, Chairperson and Managing Director -- on a preferential basis as per the SEBI guidelines, the company said in a BSE filing.
Shareholders have also approved the issuance of shares from time to time upto 11,89,585 to the employees of the company under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP).
The scrip of the company today close lower at Rs 55.5 on the BSE.
