The board had earlier set up the Committee of Executives to oversee the bank's operations under the guidance of the Oversight Committee of the Board.

Mumbai: The newly appointed MD & CEO of IndusInd Bank, Rajiv Anand, assumed charge on Monday. With his appointment taking effect, the 'Committee of Executives' and the 'Oversight Committee of the Board' stand dissolved.

Anand has been appointed the chief for a period of three years till August 2028. The board had earlier set up the Committee of Executives to oversee the bank's operations under the guidance of the Oversight Committee of the Board.
