PVR buys entire stake in PVR Pictures;stock up

PVR has purchased 40 per cent equity share capital of PVR Pictures from JP Morgan Mauritius Holdings and India Advantage Fund.

MUMBAI: PVR has purchased 40 per cent equity share capital of PVR Pictures from JP Morgan Mauritius Holdings and India Advantage Fund. PVR Pictures has now become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

The stock was at Rs 104.60, up 1.21 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 107 and low of Rs 104 in trade so far.
