The IPO, which was completely a fresh equity sale of 26.04 lakh shares, received strong response from investors with an overall subscription of 160 times at close.

Founded in 2014, the company's mission is to enable children to express themselves using our 'brand' as a medium. Its flagship brand, Purple United Kids supports the entire journey of children up to 14 years old, offering lab-tested products made from premium materials in vibrant colours and designs for every occasion.
India is one of the largest consumers and producers of cotton, with the highest acreage of 12.5 million hectares, accounting for 38% of the global area under cotton cultivation.
For the period ended September 2024, the company clocked total revenues of Rs 30.5 crore and net profit of Rs 3.29 crore.
