Punters take fancy to Tilaknagar Inds shares
The promoters may have quietly parted their holding in the stock during the recent market rally. But Tilaknagar Industries shares have caught the fancy of some market punters.
These players are cornering the shares, assuming that the promoters won’t sell any more of their shares. Last month, a few institutional players were trying to gain a foothold in the company. But the share sale by the promoters has dampened their enthusiasm, and they are unlikely to return anytime soon. On Friday, the stock closed at Rs 172, up 7% over the previous close, with nearly nine lakh shares changing hands on BSE alone.
