Provogue India promoter pledges over 8 lakh shares
Apparel firm Provogue India today said one of its promoters Salil Chaturvedi has pledged over eight lakh shares, taking the total stake pledged by him to 2.31 per cent of the firm's total outstanding shares.

NEW DELHI: Apparel firm Provogue India today said one of its promoters Salil Chaturvedi has pledged over eight lakh shares, taking the total stake pledged by him to 2.31 per cent of the firm's total outstanding shares.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Provogue said Chaturvedi has pledged 8,09,000 on July 13, 2011, but did not disclose at what price the transaction was carried out.
Based on closing price of Rs 36 per share on July 13, on the BSE, Chaturvedi may have raised Rs 2.91 crore.
The company's scrips closed at Rs 32.85 per share on the BSE today, down 1.05 per cent from its previous close.
