The company’s initial public offering (IPO), which opened for subscription from July 27 to July 29, 2026, received a moderate response from investors and was subscribed 1.53 times overall. The retail investor category witnessed stronger participation, with the portion subscribed 1.77 times.
The IPO raised Rs 28.57 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The fresh issue comprised 33 lakh shares worth Rs 23.05 crore, while the offer for sale included 8 lakh crore shares aggregating to Rs 5.52 crore. The company fixed the final issue price at Rs 69 per share.
Unistone Capital Pvt. Ltd. acted as the book running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. served as the registrar.
IPO Proceeds to Support Growth and Working Capital Needs
Propshop Events & Exhibitions plans to utilise the IPO proceeds primarily to strengthen its operational capabilities and support business expansion.Of the net proceeds, Rs 16.62 crore has been earmarked for meeting working capital requirements. The funding is expected to enhance day-to-day operations, improve execution capacity, and provide greater financial flexibility as the company scales its business.
The remaining Rs 3.46 crore will be used for general corporate purposes, including strategic and administrative needs. The total planned utilisation of IPO proceeds stands at Rs 20.08 crore.
