Promoter sells 4.15% stake in Sobha

Mumbai: Promoter Sobha Menon sold 40 lakh shares or 4.15% in the real estate firm Sobha Ltd at an average price of Rs 414.9 per share on Friday, bulk deal data on the BSE showed.
According to the data, Adawi Investments Holdings picked up 41.6 lakh shares of the company at the same average price.
Sobha Menon held four crore shares or 41.9% in the Bengaluru-based developer as of March. Shares of Sobha Ltd ended up 3% at Rs 415.55 on the BSE on Friday, bringing its total gains for the year to 69%.
According to the data, Adawi Investments Holdings picked up 41.6 lakh shares of the company at the same average price.
