Promoter likely to sell 0.9% in CE Info Systems

CE Info Systems promoter Rakesh K Verma is likely to sell a 0.9% stake in the company through a block deal on Wednesday for about 115 crore. According to a term sheet issued by JM Financial, the floor price has been set at 2,293.20 per share, a 5% discount to the Tuesday’s closing price of 2,413.
