Pratibha Ind gets Rs 138 cr contract

MUMBAI: Pratibha Industries, in a joint venture with Niraj Cement Structurals, has secured a contract worth Rs 137.70 crore from Indore Development Authority for a road construction project.
The news took the company's share above 2%. At 10:17 AM, the share was up 2.34% at Rs 266.60 with volume traded at 17,021 against two-week average of 93,698 shares.
The project involves construction of pilot corridor on Indore’s A B Road under the 'bus rapid transit system' of Principle Agency Indore City Transport Services Ltd floated by Indore Development Authority. The project is to be executed in 24 months.
The company is engaged in infrastructure business with key focus on water segment. It has emphasised on devising its business strategy on aggressive top line growth, a de-risked business model and increased operational efficiencies.
