Polyplex Corp announes bonus issue; stock gains

MUMBAI: Polyplex Corporation has fixed December 25 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose issuing bonus shares in the ratio of one bonus equity share of Rs 10 each for every one existing share of Rs 10 held.

The scrip was at Rs 641.05, up Rs 26.45 or 4.30 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 645.35 and low of Rs 626.35 in trade so far. Around 1.61 lakh shares were traded in the counter.
