Persistent Systems forms JV with Sprint Nextel; stocks up

MUMBAI: Persistent Systems has formed a joint venture with Sprint Nextel Corporation to provide national long distance, international long distance, internet services and managed networks services in India.

Shares of Persistent Systems were at Rs 416, up 2.35 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 428.65 and low of Rs 412 in trade so far.
