Parsvnath Developers chairman Pradeep Jain buys 5.3 lakh shares
Parsvnath Developers Chairman Pradeep Jain has bought 5.30 lakh shares of the company for nearly Rs 3 cr through open market transactions.

NEW DELHI: Parsvnath Developers Chairman Pradeep Jain has bought 5.30 lakh shares of the company for nearly Rs 3 crore through open market transactions.
In a filing to the BSE, Parsvnath Developers said that its Chairman Pradeep Jain has bought 2,95,000 shares for Rs 1,66,61,600 and another 2,35,000 shares for Rs 1,32,98,650 on June 13, 2012 from stock exchanges.
After the acquisition of 5.3 lakh shares, Jain's stake in the company has increased marginally to 23.94 per cent from 23.82 per cent, it added.
Shares of the real estate major closed at Rs 60.40, up 4.14 per cent over their previous close.
