Parsvnath Chairman Pradeep Jain pledges 2 lakh shares
Realty firm Parsvnath Developers on Wednesday said one of its promoters has pledged 2 lakh shares worth around Rs 1 crore.

MUMBAI: Realty firm Parsvnath Developers on Wednesday said one of its promoters has pledged 2 lakh shares worth around Rs 1 crore.
Its promoter Pradeep Kumar Jain, who is the chairman of the company has pledged 2,00,000 shares to ACG Pam Pharma Technologies Pvt Ltd, Parsvnath said In a filing to the BSE.
Jain holds 10.36 crore shares worth 23.82 per cent stake in the company and out of that he has pledged 23.50 per cent of his share.
As on December 31, 2011, promoters had 71.33 per cent stake in the company. They had pledged 91.57 per cent of their share as on that date.
Shares of the company today rose by 1.02 per cent to settle at Rs 59.65 from previous close at the BSE.
