Parsvnath Chairman Pradeep Jain buys 3.5 lakh shares for Rs 1.2 crore
After purchase of these shares, Pradeep Jain's stake in the company has increased to 24.87 per cent from 24.79 per cent.

NEW DELHI: Realty firm Parsvnath Developers today said its Chairman Pradeep Jain has increased stake in the company by buying nearly 3.5 lakh shares from open market for Rs 1.2 crore.
In a filing to the BSE, Parsvnath said promoter Pradeep Jain bought 3,49,448 shares for a total consideration of Rs 1,19,28,630.
After purchase of these shares, Pradeep Jain's stake in the company has increased to 24.87 per cent from 24.79 per cent.
As on March 31, 2013, Pradeep Jain had 24.55 stake in the company, while the promoters' total stake was 72.02 per cent.
Sources said the promoters have been buying shares from open market and intend to increase stake to 75 per cent, the maximum limit permissible by the market regulator SEBI.
Parsvnath's share price fell 1.75 per cent to Rs 33.60 on BSE today.
