Panacea Biotec slips as Q1 net loss widens to Rs 37 crore

NEW DELHI: Panacea Biotec Ltd slipped 11.28 per cent in trade on Friday, after the company's standalone net loss widened to Rs 36.90 crore for the quarter ended June 30.
The stock ended the day 10.71 per cent lower or Rs 16.80 at Rs 140.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 23.54 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, Panacea Biotec said in a filing to BSE.
Standalone total income from operations came in at Rs 124.84 crore for the quarter under consideration as against Rs 150.55 crore in the same period a year ago.
