Pakistan's benchmark share index rises 1%, hits record high
Pakistan's benchmark KSE 100 index surged 1% to a record high of 102,566.36 points on Monday, fueled by optimism from a $7 billion IMF deal.

The KSE 100 touched 102,566.36 points. Trade closed Friday at 101,357.32.
The stock market has in recent weeks been on an upward trend, breaching 100,000 points last week on the back of a $7 billion IMF deal.
