Over 100 stocks hit fresh 52-week highs on NSE on Thursday

NEW DELHI: As many as 106 stocks, including Aegis Logistics, Ashoka Buildcon, Dilip Buildcon and Emami Infrastructure hit fresh 52-week highs on NSE on Thursday.

Shares of Future Retail, Gillette India, Jindal Steel & Power, JMC Projects (India), Man Industries (India), Mastek, Panacea Biotec, Parsvnath Developers, Tata Elxsi, Tata Power Company, Thermax, TV18 Broadcast, TVS Motor Company and Zandu Realty also joined the club of stocks that hit fresh 52-week highs today.

On the other hand, 22 stocks, including 5Paisa Capital, Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network, Stampede Capital, Shyam Telecom, Supreme Tex Mart, TV Vision and Videocon Industries hit fresh 52-week lows on NSE.


The Nifty50 index closed 6 points up at 10,349, while the BSE Sensex settled 27 points up at 33,588, extending the gains for the sixth session.

Infosys, Reliance Industries, Sun Pharma, YES Bank, Eicher Motors and Tech Mahindra settled as the top gainers in the Nifty50 index.

On the contrary, Dr Reddy's, Adani Ports, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Bajaj Auto, Asian Paints and GAIL stood as the top losers of the day.

Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty50 index, 21 ended the day in the green, while 29 in the red.
