Non-banking finance companies' key operational parameters have remained largely stable with some dips in a turbulent one year period since the collapse of IL&FS in September last year. Cost of borrowing has risen for some, including Shriram Transport and Shriram City Union, but they have managed their net interest margins despite this, Kotak Institutional Equities said in a report last week. Bajaj and HDFC have also managed stable NIMs despite an increase in borrowing cost, the report said.
