Omnitech shares rise 10% on JV plans in Japan
Omnitech InfoSolutions has entered into an agreement with Sanwell Company to set up a joint venture in Japan.
The company has entered into this joint venture through Omnitech TSB of Japan, in which the company holds 67 per cent stake.
Omnitech and Sanwell will initially invest yen 20 million in the ratio 60:40. Arham Technologies will provide IT consultancy.
At 11:56 am, Omnitech shares were up 8.77 per cent at Rs 172.35 on BSE, with volume traded at 7,31,445 against two-week average of 10,85,005 shares
