Omnitech shares rise 10% on JV plans in Japan

Omnitech InfoSolutions has entered into an agreement with Sanwell Company to set up a joint venture in Japan.

MUMBAI: Omnitech InfoSolutions has entered into an agreement with Sanwell Company to set up a joint venture in Japan. The new company will be named Arham Technologies and will have a total investment of yen 100 million.

The company has entered into this joint venture through Omnitech TSB of Japan, in which the company holds 67 per cent stake.

Omnitech and Sanwell will initially invest yen 20 million in the ratio 60:40. Arham Technologies will provide IT consultancy.
