Omaxe debuts at Rs 400

MUMBAI: Omaxe Ltd Thursday listed on the bourses at Rs 400 against its issue price of Rs 310 per share, a premium of 29%. At 10:35 AM, the share was Rs 378.80, up 22% from its issue price, with volumes of 1,00,76,684 shares on the NSE. So far, it touched a high of Rs 448 and low of Rs 371.65. The turnover stood at Rs 385 crore.

On BSE, the stock was at Rs 376.50, up 21.4% with volume traded 28,31,610 shares.

The company had come out with an initial public offer of up to 17,796,520 equity shares of Rs 10 each in the price band Rs 265-310 per share. The issue was subscribed 68 times.

Omaxe is into residential and commercial real estate development projects ranging from integrated townships, group housing and retail and other commercial properties, hotels, information technology and bio-tech parks to special economic zones.
