Nu Tek raises $ 44.4 mn via GDR;stock gains

MUMBAI: Nu Tek India has raised $44.4 million by issuing global depositary receipts. The company will allot 8 crores equity shares of Rs 5 each representing 80 lakhs GDRs at a rate $5.55 per GDR.

The scrip was locked at 5 per cent upper circuit at Rs 20.05 on the BSE. Around 1.15 lakh shares were traded in the counter.
