Nu Tek India debuts at 4.7% premium on BSE
Shares of telecom infrastructure services provider Nu Tek India debuted on the BSE Wednesday at Rs 201.10, a 4.7 per cent premium over its issue price.
At 10:15 am, its shares were trading at Rs 204.80, after soaring to a high of Rs 225 in the first few minutes of trade. On NSE, the shares were up 8 per cent at Rs 207.50.
The company raised Rs 864 million through its offer of 4.5 million shares via a book-built issue, which opened on July 29 and closed on August 1. The issue was subscribed 1.63 times.
Nu Tek offers all services related to design, installation, construction, operation and maintenance of telecom networks.
