NSEL scam: High Court appoints fact-finding panel to monetise and sell assets of defaulting parties
The Bombay High Court has appointed a 3-member factfinding committee to monetise and sell assets of defaulting parties in the NSEL scam.

The three-member committee will be chaired by retired HC judge VC Daga, a lawyer and chartered accountant.
Commodity market regulator FMC will also be kept in the loop prior to sale of any asset.
