The Bombay High Court has appointed a 3-member factfinding committee to monetise and sell assets of defaulting parties in the NSEL scam.

MUMBAI: The Bombay High Court has appointed a 3-member factfinding committee to monetise and sell assets of defaulting parties in the NSEL scam under the supervision of the HC, Ameet Naik, managing partner, Naik Naik & Co, told ET.

The three-member committee will be chaired by retired HC judge VC Daga, a lawyer and chartered accountant.

Commodity market regulator FMC will also be kept in the loop prior to sale of any asset.
