NSE-BSE bulk deals: UBS Principal Capital Asia cuts stake in IndusInd Bank

MUMBAI: Among the key bulk and block deals on Tuesday, UBS Principal Capital Asia cut its stake in private lender IndusInd Bank, while BofA Securities Europe picked up the same.

Of the frontline indices, Sensex rose 504 points to close at 40,261 points, while Nifty climbed 144 points to 11,814 points.

>> BofA Securities Europe SA bought 23,00,000 shares of IndusInd Bank from UBS Principal Capital Asia at Rs 642.85 per share. The latter held 3.52 per cent stake in the lender at the end of September.

>> Bela Properties and Keynote Capitals purchased 12,00,000 shares and 2,00,000 shares of STI India from Grovsnor Investment Fund at Rs 3.45 per share.

>> Albula Investment Fund bought 35,00,000 shares of Vikas Mutlicorp at Rs 7.30 per share.

>> Fujisan Technologies bought 1,00,000 shares of 3P Land Holdings from Halan Properties at Rs 6.50 per share.

>> Just Dial and Neuland Laboratories also witnessed bulk deals during the day.
