MUMBAI: True North Fund V sold 23.2 million shares of Magma Fincorp at Rs 111.1 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.
In another transaction, Kuwait Investment Authority bought 1.79 million shares of Magma Fincorp at Rs 111 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.
Similarly, Nippon India Mutual Fund bought 5 million shares of the company at Rs 111 apiece, while Aditya Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund bought 4.25 million shares of Magma Fincorp at the same price.
