NSE-BSE bulk deals: Stitching Depositary, American Funds buys units in Embassy REIT

MUMBAI: A clutch of foreign institutional investors today bought units of Embassy Office Parks REIT through multiple bulk deals on the BSE.

Among the buyers were Stitching Depositary, American Funds Global, Integrated Core Strategies and BNP Paribas Arbitrage Fund who cumulatively bought 20.8 million units of the real estate investment trust.

Among the sellers were BRE Mauritius Investments and SG Indian Holding who together sold 27.3 million units of Embassy REIT.
