NSE-BSE bulk deals: State Street Global buys stake in Deepak Nitrite

Peddiboyana Ramanaiah sold 4,94,784 shares of Kellton Tech Solutions at Rs 20.90 per share.
Mumbai: Among the key bulk deals on Wednesday, State Street Global Advisors bought shares of chemical manufacturer Deepak Nitrite, while Seven Canyons World Innovators Fund bought a stake in agri-business Kilpest India.

Of the frontline indices, Sensex dropped 1.10 per cent or 421.82 points to close at 38,071.13 points, while Nifty shed 0.86 per cent or 97.70 points to close at 11,202.85 points.

>> HSqaure GlobeTrade bought 7,35,000 shares of Jump Networks from Het Finance at Rs 75.30 per share. As at June end, Het Finance held 1.54 per cent stake in the company.

>> Seven Canyons World Innovators Fund bought 1,70,000 shares of Kilpest India, while Own Infracon and Varun Daga sold 1,00,000 shares each of the company at Rs 360 per share
