NSE-BSE bulk deals: Standard Life sells 5% stake in HDFC AMC

In another transaction, T Rowe Price Emerging Markets Stock Fund bought 1.5 million shares of the asset management company at Rs. 2,871 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.

MUMBAI: Standard Life today sold 10.65 million shares or 4.99 per cent stake in HDFC Asset Management Company at Rs. 2,873.8 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.

In another transaction, T Rowe Price Emerging Markets Stock Fund bought 1.5 million shares of the asset management company at Rs. 2,871 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.

Shares of HDFC AMC ended 5.5 per cent lower at Rs. 2,905.1 on the BSE.


Meanwhile, Olympus India Holdings sold 21 million shares of Karur Vysya Bank at Rs. 46.6 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.

Credit Suisse Singapore sold 2.25 million shares of Reliance Industries at Rs. 2,525 apiece through a block deal on the BSE.

At the time of publishing, the National Stock Exchange hadn’t updated the block and bulk deals data on their website.
