NSE-BSE bulk deals: Sparrow Asia Fund buys stake in Gayatri Projects and other deals

MUMBAI: Sparrow Asia Diversified Fund bought 2 million shares or 1.09 per cent stake in Gayatri Projects today at Rs 43.65 per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

In a separate deal, Leman Diversified Fund sold 2 million shares or 1.09 per cent stake in Gayatri Projects at Rs 43.65 apiece on the NSE through a bulk deal. Prior to the bulk deal, Leman Fund held 1.09 per cent stake in the company.

In another deal, BofA Securities Europe bought 3.95 million shares or 0.52 per cent stake in IndusInd Bank at Rs 928 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.
