NSE-BSE bulk deals: Singapore, Norway, SBI MF among those buying stake in Max Healthcare

In another transaction, Visaka India EIF I Fund bought 2 lakh shares of Mangalam Global at Rs 199 per share. It was not clear who bought those shares.

NEW DELHI: In a number of bulk deal transactions on Thursday, Max Healthcare’s promoter Kayak Investments (an affiliate of KKR) sold 9,69,58,852 shares of the company at around Rs 340 per share, the data published by NSE showed.

Buyers included the Government of Singapore, Norges Bank on account of the Government Pension Fund Global, SBI Mutual Fund, Smaller Cap World Fund and WF Asian Smaller Companies.

In another transaction, Visaka India EIF I Fund bought 2 lakh shares of Mangalam Global at Rs 199 per share. It was not clear who bought those shares.


In a separate transaction, TCG Funds bought 73,000 shares of Ajooni Biotech at an average price of Rs 67.29 per share.
