NSE-BSE bulk deals: SBM Bank sells stake in Sri Krishna Construction, Benara Bearings

MUMBAI: SBM Bank today sold 90,000 shares or 0.5 per cent stake in Benara Bearings and Pistons at Rs. 8.34 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.

Shares of Benara Bearings ended 2.9 per cent lower at Rs. 9.98 on the BSE

In a separate deal, SBM Bank also sold 81,458 shares or 0.77 per cent stake in Sri Krishna Construction at Rs. 6.84 per share on the BSE.


Shares of Sri Krishna Construction closed 4.87 per cent lower at Rs. 6.84 on the BSE.

In a deal involving promoters of Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Co, as many as 54.7 lakh shares or 2.65 per cent stake of the company changed hands through a block deal on the BSE.

Shares of Bombay Dyeing ended 3.7 per cent higher at Rs. 78.3 on the BSE.
