MUMBAI: Sameer Gehlaut, promoter of Dhani Services, has purchased 2.7 million more shares in the company at Rs 266.02 per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange today.
Prior to today’s purchase, Gehlaut held 5.17 per cent stake in the financial services company, according to the December shareholding data of the company.
Meanwhile, Minal Patel bought 1.9 million shares of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings at Rs 71 per share through a block deal on the NSE. Prior to the acquisition, Minal Patel held 2.49 per cent stake in the company.
